1. Does BeuBag sell authentic bags?
The products that we sell are super A+ 7 Stars Mirror Image Replicas, 99% same as the original ones but are not sold or represented as originals. They are for novelty purpose only. We guarantee that they are 100% brand new. Our replica handbags have all of the proper labeling in all the correct places, lining, locks and key set. The bags come with their dust bags, cards and serial numbers. Our products are the exact copy of the real thing. They look and smell just like the real one too. 

2. You don't have the bag that I am looking for; can you source it for me?
You name it, we got it! Unless it does not exist or never been released in our market. Please send a picture of the bag you are looking for to customer.care@BeuBag.com.

3. Can I order more than one of each bag?
You can order as many bags as you like, please contact us if you wish to place a big order as we do have very special deals for our V.I.P customers who purchase over five more bags.

4. I've read everything in your FAQ, but still couldn't find the answer for my question.
It's really simple, just write a quick email to customer.care@BeuBag.com and our customer service staffs are very to happy to assist you that any questions you might concerted.

5. Does BeuBag accept credit cards or debit cards?
Yes, we currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron (UK Only), Visa Delta, Solo (UK Only) & Maestro.  

6. What about custom tax or duty? Will I be charged for ordering from you?

Not usually. BeuBag ships all Consumer (non-reseller) packages as "Personal Items" with minimal value (less than GBP10). As such, Custom issues/VAT are almost non-existence (if you get it, it means you're very lucky!). Furthermore, Beubag provides Delivery Guarantees (consumer only) in that we will reship a product if it is stopped/confiscated by custom (up to 2 times) as long as you provide us with the letter from Custom (all Customs issue a stop/confiscation letter).

7. Is your website secure to order from?

Yes, we use a 128 bit Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure the security of you on line purchase.

8.Do you do wholesale?

We don't just sell wholesale replica handbags, it is our emphasis. We provide lower prices for larger orders.
